Servo recommendation

2wd SC10.2

Tekin RS Gen2

I've had AE DS1015 in the past and have been generally happy with those, but they are on backorder right now and may not be available until late in January.

What else is there in a comparable price range that I will not have to use BEC on ?

I'm currently considering a Futaba PKLs or a Spektrum DX4s if that makes any difference on recommendations.

I would also prefer a digital servo.

Thanks

The RS Gen 2 BEC can be programmed at either 6v or 7.2v but you need the Hotwire to do that program change (it comes set at 6v out of the box). This means that any servo is ok to use. Even Savox HV servos are totally fine with the Gen2 - no brown out issues.

My advice is the Savox 1256TG for 6v and the 1258TG for 7.2v. I have 1256's running on 7.2v without any problems as well. Both are digital high torque servos.

Thanks for the options, I will look into both of those. I do have a hotwire so programming the BEC won't be a issue.

Also, forgot to add that this will be mainly for racing.

The savox servos are near top line so will be ok for racing.
