Hobbywing Blinking red

Hey guys, I've got a hobbywing xerun sct pro with a tenshock sc411 4600kv, 14t pinion 40t spur. My problem is when running it in neutral with the TX on, the ESC rapidly blinks red and inconsistently, anyone no what this is? All stock settings on it, and it dosent effect the performance of the car at all. The firmwear is V1.14_139508 ( i think... ) Thanks!

mine blinks red because it is in blinky mode, I have never looked at it to see if the blinks are spiradic or inconsitent though.

I posted this question in the Hobbywing forum a while back, I was told by a Hobbywing guy that this indicate blinky mode.

If it blinks while in neutral, but does NOT blink while throttle is applied, then the LED is letting you know you are in blinky mode.
