Futaba S9452 Issues
 

Hey guys I am fairly new at RC racing but just got all the electronics into my Losi Ten-SCTE and went to fire it up for the big test and the servo was making a terrible noise and automatically went left and stayed there and would move. Not sure what is going on with. I am hoping it is something easy. We are running the Futaba digital servo and Tekin RX-8 speed controller and a Tekin Pro-4 4600 motor. any suggestions please let me know.

Try taking the servo horn off of the servo. Power everything up, make sure the servo works back and forth. Confirm the steering trim on the radio is centered. Then reattach the servo horn with centered steering with the servo centered. Start it on the servo, then shut the RC off to finish pushing it on, install screw, etc. Common issue, need to power up the servo to get it centered before hooking it up in the RC, at least that's my guess, hope that is all it is.
