Futaba 3PL Battery drain problem
I have experienced this twice already. After using my 3PL I noted that the batteries have a combined charge of 5.4V. The next day when I was about to use it it was flashing "LOW". The first time this happened I thought i just forgot to
turn it off but when it happened again I know there is something wrong. Any of you experience this? What I do now is just to take of the batteries when I'm not using it. |

Are they still capable of holding a charge? (If rechargeable) It could be possible that the voltage meter is faulty and giving you an incorrect reading. You could test your batteries charge on a multi-meter or even a LiPo checker. The radio does not have an auto power-off feature, so if you leave your radio on the batteries will eventually drain. (Just saying, please don't take it the wrong way.)

You could try contacting customer support and see if it falls under warranty. |
