esc and programing

Hi guys, Im a newbie and just started with rc cars, im building one from scratch so i bought this on ebay (it doesnt let me to post url, just copy paste) :D

ebay.com/itm/321181349873?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p398 4.m1439.l2648

i have gt fs2 controller, I got done with the bind part, the servo works but the motor does not work at all.. I didnt get any manuel with the esc and the motor... There is a button on the esc so i tried to connect it, full throttle, brake, tried everything... It says that ecs is programable, do i need to program it first or do I need to do something else...

I have nimh 6.2V 5300mAh battery i dont think thats a problem.

Thanks for help and cheers from Croatia.

Thats the one... I tried to hold that button while turning it on but nothing... Just the red light on esc, but the light it on when I just turn the esc. When I hold the button sometimes is flashes, sometimes it beeps...

If u hold the button and turn it on, let go of the button, make sure the to is in neutral and the trim in centered, then press the button again, then go full throttle and hold it there and press it again, then release it and go full reverse and then press again, then press it again, then power off, and then back on, should work

Could it be a low voltage issue,6.2v?

theblitzkidd 10-17-2013 08:29 PM

U should have a light that idicates wether or not the esis receiving signal from the transmiterif yes then u may have a lvc issue as was mentioned, if no, then its a rx/tx prob!
