HW ezrun 150a problem

Hello every one
I hope some body on this site can help me out,
My hw ezrun 150 is losing all power when I use a turnigy 3600, 30c, 5s lipo, it goes great with the turnigy 6000, 50c,4s, I can't understand why this is happening.
The set up is in a 1/8 truggy, running a trackstar 4268, 2350kv motor un censored, when I put the 5s in it goes great for about 15 sec and then everything goes dead, switch off then on again and everything is ok for another 15sec. And then dead.
Any ideas any body.
