Programming 2.4 Radio

Hello, I have a new Tactic TTX650 6 channel radio. I am able to program it to fly planes with a Rudder, Ailerons, and Elevators. I have a new plane that also has Flaps and I do not understand how to program my new plane to make use of the Flaps! Can anybody on this forum help?
