Hitec USB Communication

Is anybody out there using the pc based communication to analyze their batteries.I have the x4 ac plus charger and the pc link. Does anybody have any tips to get this up and running.

Make sure you have the port set to USB not temp. (not that I made that mistake)

Where do you find USB ? I can only choose ports ?The software is now installed with the interface showing but nothing is working.
