Sensored issues
 

Hi all. new here.
A few months back i bought a HSP electric offroad, since then i have switched to 2s 5000mah lipo and a brushless setup, setup is sensored and i have an issue.

ESC hobbyking 60A xcar (same as hobbywing xerun)
lrp 15t sensored.

setup went well via pc connection. problem is...
if i hold the car in my hand and slowly accelerate to max throttle all is fine but if i hammer it staight to full it coggs and the esc flashes red and green to say hall sensors are shagged.

On the ground slowly accelerating causes no problems but it wont go to full power and hammering to full it flashes red and green and coggs.

Both lipos i have tried are fully charged and the esc is brand new with the firmware updated, the motor is a few weeks old and has been run a few times on a sensorless esc, never cooked or flogged hard for a long period .


any suggestions??
