Replacing Reedy Sonic Sensor Board

Does anyone have a write up or directions on how to replace the sensor board on a Reedy Sonic motor? I've found a video for a Tekin motor but didn't know how similar the Reedy was.

So similar that once you've gotten the motor apart, it should all look familiar.
