What is throttle punch for a brushless system?
 

Guys , new to brushless and rc' ing in general..I have a spectrum dx3s and was wondering what the throttle punch setting do..I've got it at 10% and feels like its gives my truck a definitive kick..what's should this be set to if I want more kick at full throttle..what other settings such can I try with this receiver to make my car go quicker overall? Does throttle EPA greater than 100% make any difference..what about throttle sub trims etc?
Any help would be much appreciated..I just wanna get the best performance out of my system..losi xxl, castle 1717, 6s lipo :nod::nod::nod:

Throttle punch is more on take off but you can up the EPA. Keep in mind you need to check your temps to make sure you don't overheat your car. Also if u want more top end change you pinion nd spur gear

You should have your throttle epa set at the highest percentage first, then play with esc punch control settings.

i think my throttle punch is set at 15% and is quite "jumpy" but what should the throttle epa settings be..im at 110% and the motor/esc is still cool
