10ga Wire
#3
Max Amps sells 10ga wire i bought some before the strands where to stiff in them . So i would take a look at TQ wires.
You will need a 80w iron !
I would post your tread in the Electric forum you will get more replies.

I dont think so they only move it if its in the wrong section or if theres already a tread for it. Just go onto the Electric offroad tread or the Radio and Electronics and just type the subject in and post your question into the box.

Why would you go there? Nothing in his post suggests his application is off road related. Radio and Electronics is his best bet. Which is where it now is.

Unless youre running a brushless 1/5, 10G is waaaaay overkill. Youll probably leech power if your not running massive amps. Overall though, TQ, Tekin, Deans all have high quality flexible wire available.

I like TQ as they have all the colors that make quickly soldering a brushless motor a little easier.

i found out about tq wire from a post in the serpent ebuggy thread (post #3082 here: http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...l#post11307547)
i ordered some 10ga - really impressed with how pliable this wire is for 10 gauge - also bought some Deans Wet Noodle 12ga and while this 10ga is not quite that flexible, it is not too far off
also bought some 5mm connectors from tq racing (here: http://www.tqracing.com/5mm_bullets.htm) - first rate
also a call out to the owner of tq racing, Ralph - allowed me to add to the order in mid-stream and keep it all under one shipment charge
have not soldered on the wire yet and have not actually used it so i cannot comment on the quality of the wire from this perspective - but wanted to share what i know
highly recommended so far!
