KO Repair

Sent some servos to KO service to replace the wires and check out the gears etc. After shipping, found out that they have a new address. Are packages being forwarded to the new address? No tracking number on package unfortunately. Can't get ahold of anyone at KO either.

Tony-
We spoke to Jim two days ago about your package. It may take up to another week for USPS to forward the package.

We moved in Nov of last year. The service request form we have on our website has the correct address as well as the address listed on our website is current.

Don't know why you wouldn't be able to get a hold of anyone here at the office either? Our phones have been working and if we missed a call we return them if a message has been left.

Good new, looks like your package arrived today.

Thanks. ALWAYS have had great experiences with KO products. The mentioned servos have been in the nitro 1/8th for two years. 18 State races, a national, 2 Florida Winternats and many club races. Just a little preventative maintenance in replacing the fuel soaked wires. Thanks
