Problem with RevTech shorty
 

Just received two,new 100c RevTech shortie packs and one of the packs has the wiring reversed inside the pack. When I connect it to the charger it says " polarity reversed " so then if I plug the positive lead into the negative and the neg into the positive it charges. Has anyone experienced this with packs from them?

Good thing I didn't hook it up in my buggy to start with, I would assume it would have smoked my R10

Rvtech has very good support, send it in and they will get it replaced for you.

Yes thank you, they are closed over the weekend so I will be getting in touch with them tomorrow.
