Telemetry sensor in xxxsct
 

Hello everyone! So I got a spektrum dx2s and sr3300t for my losi xxxsct and I cannot outsmart the rpm sensor placement. Every example of rpm telemetry I've seen is on rc Vehicles with open spur/pinion setups, unlike the usual 2wd short course trucks that have their spur in a closed case. How do I make this work? Not enough clearance for the sensor on the motor side of the spur, and the other side is the case, which is far from flat... Also I would have to figure out a way to run the wire into said case... In there something else I could get an rpm reading off of? I'm totally stumped. Thanks in advance guys.:confused:
