Charging Multiple Lipos

Ive read a few threads about this, just making sure I got it correct. I have the main leads as well as the balance leads connected in parallel, will thins charge and balance both packs? Do you see any issues withe the wiring below? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what charger your using but I use the hitec x2 400 which is a multi-charger but for it to charge 4 batts. just get a parallel balancing board

your wiring will work fine.

I don't know why you would want to do this though, your doubling your battery capacity, so it will take twice as long to charge. Why not charge one pack then the other? Or buy a second charger, you can get a cheapie for $30.

Shawn.

Another thing is if you don't have at least a 20A charger, you're gonna be waiting a while.

Wow, thanks for all the encouraging replies. (Sarcasm off) Looks like I'll stick with classifieds only on this forum.
This is unnecessary but I'll respond to all posts:

XRated SCT: I dont have that charger, nor do I want to buy a charger that needs a separate 60a power supply.

Shawn68z: Thank you for actually answering my question. No $30 charger is gonna charge at 10a so your point is moot. I can charge 2 batteries faster like this than a cheapo could charge one. Even the multiple-lipo chargers only charge at 5a or less.....

Timannnn6: Why would I spend money on stuff that I don't need??

Johnnysplits: So you're assuming I don't have a 20a+ charger??

Couple things, for those replying that don't seem to know, if you're charging in parallel and your charger has the amps available to charge them at say 10amp or 15 amps you can charge 2 packs in the time of one.

Secondly, chill out, people are making assumptions based on the fact you're asking basic wiring questions. It might seem safe to assume you could need more insight. It's a forum on the internet....expect BS.

You're right. I guess I just expected a little more out of a specific forum than "just spend more money on this..."
I try to Redd Green everything because I don't like spending money. Hate that guy at the track that pays $80 for a wrap on his car but finishes last....

It was kind of a rookie/newb question. My apologies.

I hear ya. One thing on that guy that buys 80 dollars in wrap....just remember we're not all pro drivers. If they have the money then go sick imo. Me for instance....i can race maybe once every 2 months if i'm lucky since i have two little ones running around the house and the wife and i both work. I spend more time working on the cars and making them purdy then racing.

If that guy spending money on wraps is a colossal d-bag that's one thing but if he's just spending his money and doing his thing then that should be his prerogative.
