HOBBYWING MOTOR TAB ISSUES?
 
i just bought a hobby wing combo and iam a little leery about how the motor wires solder to the motor.

ill be using mine in a buggy.

has anyone had any issues with them? heres a link to a pic.

Thats the same type of post on a tekin esc.

The HobbyWing motor posts are just soldered in. Heat them up and remove the posts from the motor tab. Then stick the motor wires through the holes and solder the wires into place. That is how I always run HobbyWing motors. I don't use their solder posts on the motor.

I second that. I do exactly the same thing on my Hobbywing Xerun 17.5
