Batt. Voltage?

I have a 5600mah 50c 2s lipo and when it's done charging it's only maxing out at 8.27v is there a way I can fix this or is 8.27v still a standard voltage?

Is the charger timing out or reaching its capacity limit?

It didn't time out earlier, but before I had charged it, it was on storage charge but I have it balancing charge right now and so far it's at 8.30v it should be good I'll let you know what happens, thanks though
