Default Charging Life 6.6v battery Reciever Pack

ok I got this thinking my charger would charge it but it cant. I read that it should peak at 7.2v. Since it wont be charged often I was thinking I can charge it in Lipo mode and take it off when it reaches 7.2v Opinion? remember its only a $12 battery

If you have one of the standard four button chargers, push the back button until you get to " program" and hit enter a few times, the life option will eventually pop up and will change the voltage cut off. I bought one li fe pack and it took me a while to remember how.

When i checked mine the lipo/ cutoff was first on the menu. when you select it,and try to change the cutoff voltage, it will change to life instead of lipo or other options. i know that didnt come out right.
