RX issue, help please.
 

So I just switched over from a Flysky gt3B to a DX3C and for some reason my rx will cut out on me when I am turning. It will turn 2 or 3 times then cut out. Rx light goes out for a second then all comes back in. running a savox servo. Any idea why? Everything worked just fine on the flysky.

I've had this exact problem before. The servo is drawing lots of power and the ESC can't supply enough current for both at the same time. To solve this issue you can either buy a "glitch buster" or an external BEC. Novak and Spektrum make glitch busters. An external BEC, like the 10 amp one from castle creations is a more secure way to eliminate the glitching as it takes power directly from the battery to the receiver.

Grabbed a glitch buster today seems to have fixed my issue, thanks.

Check your end points as well. With my futaba 603ff rx and savox steering servo it would partially brown out when at full extension (was hitting the arm). Backing off the end points a bit and no more problem.

Eventually you will have issues again. The problem is the interference in the DSM1 receivers if that is what you are using. High voltage servos turning, plus using the throttle on the motor causes voltage drops that the BEC will fix. The DSM1 gets fixed by buying a DSM2 receiver other than the SR300 or other DSM1 the radio came with. There are some knock off import receivers that work well.
