Mt4 with grid rc dropdown or m12?

Im wanting a new radio and want to see what you guys think between the 2. I have used both and like the feel of both but not sure if the m12 is worth the extra 300$. what would you guys do?

How have you already used both since Grid RC drop down wasn't released until just a couple days ago?? From what the Grid RC person said, it won't be shipping out for a couple weeks yet.

I have used the m12 dropped down and tilted and used The mt4 without the drop down.

M12 isn't $300 more.
