Car hesitates on launch.
 

Two of the cars I help maintain for friends seem to be hesitating off the line but are smooth after that. My cars don't have this problem and stumped

Setup info:

Losi scte-spektrum dx3c w/sr3100
Castle bec
Savox 1258tg
Hobbywing sct pro esc
Tekin redline 5.5t geared at 15/40
50c venom 5000mah lipo

B4.1- Spektrum dx3s w/3300t
Glitch buster installed
Spektrum 6040
Castle mmp
Tekin 17.5t geared at 32/72
40c gens ace 5000mah lipo.

Both of these cars when you pin the throttle from a dead stop will move forward but at what seems to be 20% power then dump the other 80% on you after about half a second. They don't shudder at any point and are very smooth after the launch. I swapped the esc on the losi and it still does the same thing. It almost seems like a punch control setting but I've check the settings and they look good.


None of the cars in my sig do this.

Had the same problem on my buggy, had to go into with hotwire on my RX8 and reverese the motor. To know if this is the case when you hit reveres does the car go full blast?

Also make sure you calibrated the radio with the esc.

I have reverse set to like 40% so I dont think I'd notice it it was doing the same thing.

I recalibrated both esc's and they're both still doing it.
