Lipo and VTA

I recently reignited my rc. I plan on running in VTA, and will be using the hpi pro 3. Now my question is, if i get a 5000 mah battery, how long would it last? To run 3 races, would that battery last all day? Seems the 25.5 isn't a "big" current motor. I'm just trying to get an idea on how many lipo's i would need in a typical race day situation.

Thanks,

Eddie

I can run two to three races on mine. Could probably do more, but the mains are 8 minutes and don't want to run out of juice in the middle.

My recommendation - buy one battery, and charge it between rounds. If you're going to race, I'd consider a battery charger an absolute requirement. You can find a battery charger for the same amount of money you'd pay for a second battery pack.

This. I only use about 1500mah per round, but like previously said mains are 8min. Just charge between rounds, doesn't matter if it finishes or not.

I also only use about 1600mAh, but we only have 6 minute main.

I ended up buying a thunder ac6 charger and gen ace 50c 5000mah bayyery for now. Just hoping now that the battery will fit now without any modifications!
