So I just updated my charger with the latest firmware. I am now calibrating it and in the directions it says to "We recommend you start with a voltage .06v higher than what your target is".

Any idea why this is? Why wouldnt I calibrate it to be the same as the actual voltage of the battery?

I've got a fluke 87 to check the actual battery voltage with.
