Got to get a temp gun...so who makes the best one that does not break the bank.

+1 on the duratrax I got one and It works great. Pretty much any of the little hand held ones are the same. Looks like they were made by same company just rebranded names.

Be careful of the range on these things. Some will only ready to 250, which is ok for electric but not nitro.

Fluke is hands down the best, but not necessary for most people :)

X2 on the fluke. I have seen guys rely on the cheap little temp guage, only to burn up motors. I hit the same motor with my fluke and it read over 210deg F. The little duratrax only showed 160deg
