noob starter box question
 

I have a Losi starter box for my 8ight 2.0 that I bought used. It came with 2 cheap-o 7.2 venom nicd 1800 batteries.

It seems like they drain and lose power very quickly. I was told to pick up a few Lipo batteries because they'll turn the starter faster and longer.....true??. Can someone point me in the right direction of what batteries to get.

This is what I use. Just solder on some new connecors.
