Team Orion Service problem
 

Hi all!

I bought an orion touch charger 4 months ago. Last week the screen of my charger was broken. I told the situation with orion dealer in my country and they say that my charger can not be repaired.
I am very upset with the situation.
How a charger that cost 150 $ can not be repaired?
It's only the screen.
I wrote some mails to team orion, no answered.
I wrote pm via facebook, no answered.

I will never buy again other team orion product. Support service is not at the same level that their products,

Hi My dear friend. I had a problem with a Orion ESC a few years ago. At that time I was in Japan living so the service from Kyosho (same company) was excellent.
If that had happened to you in Japan you would have your charger repaired, so it is Team Orion in Spain the one who blame probably...

I called orion today.I wanted to test there customer service to see If they would answer the phone becaause I was thinking about buying a R10 pro but was but on hold for two hours that was the end of my R10 dream
