Weird radio problem
 

hey guys, I have a thunder tiger eb4 s3, and it's behaving strangely, ok so put it down flick on the receiver and transmitter, controls work fine green led on the receiver, start the engine(nitro), and it will normally take off, sometimes it doesn't but it receives in small bursts, so i put my foot in front with the receiver case open and the led is red, flicks to green occainionlly but goes red when i try to move the steering or throttle, its also red when i turn off the transmitter, turn the engine off again and all is well again, i'm assuming this has something to do with the vibrations the casing on the battery holder it the receiver is also cracking but the led stays on and i taped it up to stop any movement with no effect, i'm stumped, any ideas? also all batterries are fresh and the work with the engine off

just thought, would using styrofoam to pack the receiver up tight so it can move be worth trying?

i have managed to replicate the issue with the engine off, if i rapidly move the wheels 2 or three times it the red light comes on, the are cheap batteries in there i might try putting duracell in it
