Balance voltage to low error msg on charger?
 

Hi guys am trying to charge my lipo for the first time its a venom 2c 5000 pack 7.4 volt but when i hook it up to my charger i get s balance voltage too low what am i doing wrong? This is a brand new battery

The battery voltage is literally too low. Does your charger display voltage? Since its new, I'd guess it has a bad cell. You can sometimes "jumpstart" an under-voltage Lipo, but with your's being new, I'd return it.

What are your cell voltages?

The voltage was 1.36 on the sus cell and 3 .6 on the other cell i put it on nimh charge for 10 mins and now it is charging ok the pack was bought from overseas will see how it goes cheers guys
