Module Compatability

I have a JR Z-1 with a Spektrum module....it has been losing conection to the module every once in a while and I'd like to replace it. I looked today and the set up I have is no longer made or to be found ( so far), so I looked into getting a different module for the radio from KO Propo. I believe the pile of Spektrum recievers I have don't work with the KO 2.4ghz system...but I saw the one module they offer for the Mini Z just said spread spektrum ...
Would it be compatable with the recievers I already have?

The short answer is No.
