Default Problems

Hi

Have hot a second hand LRP pulsar touch charger. But when I power it up , it says LRP and ver 1.46 , and nothing else , it also bips , around once each second. Any one have an idea or do I have to ship it to LRP

I have never seen anything but storage mode on mine, how do I change it
