Receiver Pack batterys

I have one question about Receiver Pack batterys.
I have Truggy 8ight from losi and i am using standart NiMH batterys for my servos.The question is if i can use receiver pack battery LiFePo4 that is 6.6V or LiPo that is 7.4V because standart NiMH is only 6V and my servos are 6v ?.
There is no LiFePo4 6v or LiPo a ma rwally confused because i dont wanna burn my 80$ servos.
