stator rewind
okay, you need a total of three solder iron and a friend to help you hold the iron to melt the wire contacts on each end of the wire when you pull it off. measure the thickness of wire comparable to whats on there already and order a roll from amazon. the wires have to be shielded, purpose for electrical winding. You simply can't take any bare copper wire and wind it. Next you take apart an old worn can and see what they did in the winding process and do exactly how they did it. Rewinding is very important but keep every revolution wind as neat and clean as possible. Once the winding is done, leave the wires a little bit longer so that you can get it pass the holes on the solder plate of the stator. Get your friend to complete the solder work and test it out. clip off the wires and reassemble the unit. Hope this helps a little.
