Using micro 4mm bullets

Hi,
My friend wants to know if you can use "micro" 4mm bullet connecters to connect an esc to a motor. His not sure if he will lose power by using these. He doesn't have a micro he is using a slash 1/10 scale sc and is about to solder his plugs on his new esc and motor

What's a "micro" 4mm bullet? Smaller than 4mm?

If it's really 4mm bullets it should be fine, just be sure they are well insulated so they can't short out with each other.

I've had a lot better success with the solid prong kind, like the Tekin, Castle, and Proteks shown just below those.

Would I lose peformance using the plugs showen above?
