motor/esc question
 

hi to all! i am new to rc world, i have 1/10 scale tamiya tt01. i am planning to buy a brushless motor and esc from hobbyking.com but i am confuse because i saw 2 types of esc and motor the one esc is looks like flat compare to other esc from other brands. and also the motor is a little bit smaller than the standard motor, it looks like its a half of the size from the standard motor size.

my question is can i use that kind of esc and motor? i
