BEC for MMP?

I am having issues when setting up my MMP with my digital servo. I heard that an external BEC will resolve this problem. Can someone show me which bec is the correct one for my MMP? Thanks.

Castle makes 2

I use this, a 10 amp

& this one is a 20 amp

Both work great & you can program your output voltage.
