Why I spend the money I do for my Batteries!!!
Had 2 of my Revtech 5000mah 28c batteries go bad.
Emailed Revtech/Trinity
They had me mail the batteries into them for testing to see why they went bad. But in the mean time they replaced them for me with 6000mah 60c 7.4 Lipo batteries!!!
They even priority mailed them to me NO Charge for Batteries or Shipping!!!

They guy was very pleasant and helpfull... Not to metion any names they were a bunch of jerks to me.

If thats being a jerk then I would hate to hear your report when they dont do you right. :)

No another company was a jerk to me!!! I had this other company's product for one day out of the box and it started causing me problems... That top line company never gave me any help (Castle Creations)... I since stop running there equipment in all my vehicle!!! So far the best customer service I have gotten has been from REVTECH, LOSI, and TEAM Associated!!! Those three places have went above and beyound!!!

You get what you pay for, and sometimes your paying as much for the customer service if somthing goes wrong as you are for the product
