A really small windows to steup ESC

Yes,

with all the ESC now having setup programs running in windows, I wonder what is a suitable small, preferably very small PC to put in the RC-box when going to the track

it needs to be able to run on battery..atleast winXP alteast 1 USB host

the EEPcs from different makers, are there smaller?

The netbooks are about the smallest and least expensive.

You can get a three year old one running XP for about $100 or less.

+1 to that

I got an Asus EEEpc netbook and it's perfect to put in the pit box. I use both a Tekin & Hobbywing esc and the software works fine on WinXP.

Battery life is between 4-6 hours depending what you're doing with it (newer ones could be longer) plus it's handy to look up stuff on the net if need be.

Cheers
Rob.

The EEEPC 900/1000 series will work just fine.

I hate the mouse button placement on them, but the Acer Aspire One ZG5 (AOA150, etc) is another good choice. Very solidly built, and you can pick them up super cheap.

Thanks All!

was just wondering if ther is anything smaller out there..

but as you say the EePC's will do the trick and are cheap second hand.
thanks!
