New to LiPo

Ok I have a onyx 230 charger. I bought a duratrax 4000mAh 2s lipo. I set the charger up at 4000mah 4amp. I started it and it charged for 35 minutes but only went to 1950 mAh. I was impatient and wanted to try it out so I ran it for ten minutes or so. Put it back on charger and it ran for 30 minutes and only went to 1650 the second time. I thought the battery may have came half charged? I have read the instructions several times and don't know what went wrong or what I did wrong.

Sorry for rambling but just wanted to get all the details. Any and all help will be GREATLY appreciated.

Yah usually lipos come about half charged, also it will never say that a full 4000mah was put into it the cuttoff in your esc will stop it at a certain voltage and there will still be like 1000-1200mah left in it always

Charger does not show you the pack capacity, only what it added during the charge cycle

Cheers
