Default Can I charge a Lipo at less than 1C charge rate?

Hey guys, I'm new to Lipos and I've done some research about Lipos. Planning to switch to Lipos from NIMH. Now, the question is, Can i charge a 5800mah Lipo at 5Amps? I know it will take slightly longer to charge, but is it safe?

Here's the battery I'm planning to get:

And here's the charger I'm planning to get:

All inputs are welcomed. Thanks in advance

Yes it is safe as long as you follow the proper procedures for the charger and battery, however, you should follow all the safety instructions and use a charging bag just to be on the safe side.
