Mx3-Fg receiver problems

Well my servo lead was really jammed in the receiver and i had to wiggle/rip it out, since i did that the receiver gold nubs ripped out with it, is there anyway i can solder them back on or should i just sell the radio and upgrade? ( i have had the tx/rx for 3 1/2 years now...):deathstar:flaming: considering that... No racing for about a month or so.

The 92524 3 channel receivers are going for 45-50 dollars new on eBay. I have 3 of them now and they work great. I am guessing you have the taller 92624 that is 4 channel? No need to buy the 4 channel for an rc car application

I actually have the original 92624 that it came with still, just bigger than the 92524

the 92624 goes for about 90 on eBay.

A lot of the small shops and shops at tracks don't carry these anymore because the m11x has gone to fhss3, these are fhss2

Yeah i have the 92624 receiver... Reason why im considering to upgrade remotes is i can sell my Fg and get $75 for it... Well the m11's on craigslist go for $120 -$140

Hmmm, I have not checked craigs much for rc parts. Interesting.

Make sure you get it with the right module so you can run with whatever receiver set you want

you were able to do it yourself? I took my 92624 apart once to pull the clear button out. It kept sticking and holding the button in on the board down. Is this the only airtronics fhss2 reciever?

just about it was really not that hard, i think there is one for the m11 (not the x) there may be others.

z50king 05-02-2012 05:26 PM

I meant is this your only fhss2 receiver
