Hitec 7950th

Just ordered a hite 7950th for my losi 8ight buggy and was wondering is this overkill for steering? Spec are .15 and 403 oz at 6 volts and .13 and 486 oz at 7.4v. Would it have been better for me to get the 7945? What is the recommended torque and speed for steering? What servo should I get for my throttle?

45 is for throttle or Light steering duty's. You Choose right, the 50 is a STOUT servo.
