Default Traxxas Lipo 5000MAH Charging issues

A few weeks back I upgraded from the standard NIHM (8.4v 3000mah) batteries in my 1/10 E Revo Brushless to the Traxxas LIPO (11.1v 5000mah 3-cell). Haven't had any issues until today. I went to charge them and my EZ Peak Plus 6 amp charger will not charge just gives me a "low voltage" beep. I can't balance, charge or discharge the batteries, either one of the LIPO's. I thought it waqs kind of funny that both might go at the same time and with them being new (couple months) makes no sense to me. the charger works fine on the stock batteries. is it possible that both the new LIPO's are shot?

Thanks for helping a newbie...

What voltage are the packs you are trying to charge ?

What was your LVC set at ?

Low voltage usually means the pack voltage has dropped below 3v / cell

You may be able to recover the pack if that is the case

Cheers

Just give customer service a call at 888-TRAXXAS. Have your charger and powered up and close by and your batteries with you, if possible. If pulling out your charger and LiPos isn't cool while you're at work, then do it when you get home; we answer the phones until 9pm central time.
