Need Futaba 3PJ programming help

Hello, I have a Futaba 3PJ transmitter and a Futaba 3 channel FP-R113F receiver.

My problem is that I'm trying to run a Futaba S3004 servo on channel 3 and I can't get the servo to "sit still" in the middle and I need advise on how to program some "deadband" or whatever it's called on channel 3. Moving the channel 3 knob just one click either way on the detent moves the servo and I need some dead space between right and left.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Darwin

Channel 3 ATV must be set to 100% for both up and down, this should give you left, center, and right positions. If it doesn't move like it should check channel mixing to see if it gives you more range or maybe it's limiting travel. Best bet is to reset that model memory and make sure 3rd ch ATV is set to max 100%

I have reset my radio and the only setting I can get figured out for channel 3 has the knob setting at zero when full left and 100 when at full right. These settings move the servo correctly, however, when at 50 (or so) the servo should not be moving but it always "creeps" and tries to move. I need some deadband in the middle but I don't know how or where to program it in.

Rather than using the knob, try programming DT3 for your 3rd channel... I think you'll have better luck as it will act like a three position switch.
