dx3c two profiles with the same car

How do you set up two different profiles on the same car? My daughter is going to run my buggy in the novice class this year. I'm also running it in the open buggy class. Rather than messing with the endpoints for the throttle each time we handoff it seems like it would make more sense to just have a different model stored under her name. Problem is it won't let me bind to the second model profile. What am I doing wrong here. Thanks

I don't believe you can do that. It's been a lament of many, including myself. Would also be useful for switching between stock and mod. I even sent a request for the feature to be added to one of the designers. Yeah right.

Not possible

Each model memory can only be bound to one unique receiver

You would need to change memory locations and rebind each time

Cheers

Oddly enough, at least with a DX3R, a model memory can be bound to 2 receivers. I heard someone claim that, tried it, and sure enough it worked, drive 2 cars at the same time.

But the other way doesn't work, can't bind one receiver to 2 model memories. Well at least I couldn't.

I will have to dig out the book when I get home. It said something about copying profiles got different conditions out something like that. Sure would make things simpler.

Interesting idea! Please let us know if it works.
