Any ideas on how to fix this?
1 Attachment(s)
Guys, yesterday my buggy lost steering on a bad landing. I thought my servo blew but it turns out that the connector pulled out of the receiver. Usually, smaller is better but in this case the receiver is so small it is creating issues with the plugs. If you look closely, you will see the the two middle plugs aren't all the way in - the pins are still visible Also, they are kind of jammed in there almost wanting to pull out. I am afraid this might continue to happen unless I kind find a way to secure the connectors. Any ideas besides tie wraps?

Electrical tape?

Its the red JST connector. Replace it with a 3pin servo type connector and they will all fit just fine.

Hadn't thought about that. That seems like a good permanent type fix. Thanks.

shave the steps of the connectors down with a dremal ,it will give you more room to plug into the receiver, thats what i did and havent had a problem yet ,been 5yrs ,, good luck !!
