Problems with car centering in straight always.
I just purchased a savox 1251mg. I am running it in mt X-ray T3 2012 for steering. I am having issues with the car returning to center consistently. Sometimes it will drift to the right, sometimes the left. I have checked my steering linkage for binding and there isn't any. Do I need a higher torque servo versus a speed servo? Could this be a servo saver issue?
Please help Thx |

Please help Thx Could be a sloppy saver, could be a sloppy tolerance build up of linkages (ball and socket wear and tear), could be a set up issue. Are you running any toe out or toe in? Toe neutral tends to be a little wandery, and a little toe out with some slop in the linkage system can really wander all over the road and make the car dart all over. |

The 1251 is more than plenty for TC.

wander
How old and what kind of transmitter? I had the throttle patenchiometer go out on my 3PK. got it serviced and back to smooth as glass. Also make sure that the grip hasn't slide back to where it's binding the return spring and or free wheel movement. That's the issues I've had

its most likely a servo saver issue because i had this same problem before when i had on-road stuff and:nod:

Could be chassis tweak or bad tires as well. Your car should track straight if setup well. I have the same servo in my xray for about 10months now with around 80 race days on it and not one problem. Check your car's tweak, tires, servo saver, and general setup symmetry.

Make sure the servo horn isn't hitting the servo case when you tighten the screw down.
