mamba max pro solder tabs?
 

So i like the castel creations stuff its always worked better then anything else and ive recently been using a sphere comp but just lookin for somthing newer and really want a mamba max pro but i hate how they come with the per-soldered fairly short wires with the bullet type plugs on the ends. so my question is how are people putting the soldering posts on theres kinda like how the tekin has like this

Castle's mmp (1 cell) comes with those posts, the other mmp's ( the sct mmp, & the mmp) come wired with or for bullit plugs.

The drawback or benefit of the 1 cell is you MUST use a BEC or reciever battery. It has no bec built in. Other than that they are the same.

yah i know the mamba max 1cell has them bu the problem is, is the mamba's arent small esc's and i dont want more wiegh and room taken up on one side of my chassis :lol: but ive seen mamba max pros like this at my local track and online and there startin to pop up more and more like this and im interested in how to do this cause this would make the mamba max pro the best esc ever if it just had solder posts like the one in the pic :nod:

Here is their contact info for ?'s, maybe they have updated thrm all. They have made modifications to their mmp cases. It would be nice to be able to solder posts available for all the mmp's.

I have (3) 1 cells, so I don't need anymore right now or I would call them.

The qbase esc has them. it is an oem for hpi's savage. i think the flux2350. That esc is the same as the mmp.

oh yah i totally saw that awhile back and didnt even think about that :lol: but i meen there not really tabs there just a bullet type connector like on a lipo that the motor wires are suppost to plug right into

Lately ive been using those female bullet connectors as solder joints. i could feel the heat going through some of the bullet connector sets and it doesnt seem right just soldering wire to wire so i now use them as butt splice solder connectors. i dont have to worry about cutting my wires too short now.
i guess my point is why cant you just solder to those?
