Default Specs

Hobbypartz has them and all the specs are there. The sct pro 120 amp is really good and the sc8 is also good but it only runs in sensorless.

I run the 150a esc with the 2000kv motor in my brushless converted D8T. It is a really good system up to 6s capable. Come's with a programming card for easy track side tuning and include's the software for your laptop/pc to download the esc setup's just like the castle system's. Very affordable for the quality you get.

Xerun 150 is a great piece of kit, will handle any motor you throw at it

New hardware version (v3) is due out soon, apparently with a sweet feature set

Cheers

It's simple, Xerun is sensored Ezrun is non sensored
both 150A ESC are great, I've had both. You can use the LCD programming card with both which makes it a lot easier.
I like the Xerun a lot more though. I run one paired with a Tekin motor couldn't be more happier.
To the guy that posted before me...You say that the V3 software is going to be available soon? What features will be different and do you know if I can upgrade my V2 Xerun esc to the new software?

Not true. There are sensored EZRun versions also. See below:

http://www.helipal.com/ezrun-150a-esc-1-8-150a.html

In general it seems like the Xerun are more of the race oriented ESC's than the EZRun versions. For the 1/8th ESC's the Xerun's are big while the EZRun's are HUGE!

I understand the obvious but one the key features of the V2 Xerun is that its supposed to be upgradeable is why I ask

The sensor on the EZrun only is active on take off and I had the esc before the one I have now. I wouldn't buy it again to use in your car. COGS Excessively.
Get the Xerun save the headache and embarrassment. Also the link you posted they aren't manufacturing anymore.

I have a xerun in my truck and couldn't be happier. It's a 60amp with a hobbywing 13.5 motor. It's an awesome combination.

I also have a ezrun motor and esc in my mini late model. I think both combos are really nice. I would recommend both setups for my friends. It's hard to beat my setup in my truck though. I love it lol
