DX3R HELP!!!!

So, i bought a dx3r from a member on here. Came with a 3100 rx. Well, bought a new 7955tg to match it all up. Binded it and the servo only goes left (when not attached to the wheels). My esc couldnt find a neutral point only gas or brake So i reset the perimeters. NOw ch 1- is 400 ch1 is 1998 and ch1+ is 3600. Is this thing just jacked? Anyone out there had an issue like this? I am somewhat new but i cant figure this damn thing out and spektrums PDF is of no use. It seems like left and right on ch1 are not equal. SOMEONE help me!!

Maybe the travel is screwed up, or the expo, try resetting the whole tx ,the rx just maybe shot..

Yeah tried that. Called horizon hobby and the calibration to the wheel is shot. Didn't even get to use it.
